Ruel the Huntmaster is a legendary champion from the Dark Elves faction in the Raid: Shadow Legends, with Spirit affinity and Attack role. He has three active skills, one passive skill and an Aura that increases Ally C.Rate in all battles by 20%. He needs 11 tomes to improve all of his skills.

Ruel the Huntmaster Skills

Vile Arrows. Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns. Transfers a random debuff from this Champion to the target if the target is under a [Hex] debuff.
Damage based on: [ATK].
Level 2: Damage +5%.
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +5%.
Level 4: Damage +10%.
Level 5: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%.

Unleash the Hunt. Attacks all enemies. Places an extra hit on enemies under [Hex] debuffs. Will ignore 25% of each target’s DEF if there are 4 or more enemies are under [Hex] debuffs.

Cooldown: 4 turns.
Level 2: Damage +5%.

Marked Quarry. Passive skill. Decreases the speed of enemies under [Hex] debuffs by 5% and decreases the RES of those enemies by 10%. Also increases the damage enemies under [Hex] debuffs receive by 10% and decreases the value of heals they receive by 30%. These effects do not stack if there are multiple Ruel the Huntmaster on the same team.
